That means the Connecticut Department of Correction for prison and pretrial custody at Hartford Correctional Center, the Connecticut Superior Courts for case files, and Hartford Police or another arresting agency for arrest reports and booking photos. Each one handles its own requests, and each sets its own rules and fees.
